David Lopez - VP/COO

David has over 17 years of government experience as a small business owner and as an employee/manager.   David has managed multiple contracts at Los Alamos for local contractors and brings this experience to the COMPA LANS Transition team.  David has also worked in the commercial, environmental, and finance industries for small and large businesses.

David received his Bachelor’s from California State University Fullerton and his M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico.
